Every item, every cost, one list

Add stock by photo, barcode or a pasted list. lottly reads the details from the photos, files each item under attributes buyers search by, and keeps track of what you paid, what it is worth and what you will make.

  • Add by photo, barcode, quick add or a pasted spreadsheet
  • Details read from the photos, as attributes, categories and sub-categories you define
  • List, grid and sheet views, with filters for what is missing (no barcode, no photo, no price)
  • Costs, bundles and fees split across the items, margins and a profit dashboard
  • Scout: scan a barcode in a shop and see whether to buy

Every detail, read from the photo

Take a few photos and lottly works out what the item is and fills in what buyers search by: the cast and certificate on a DVD, the model and storage on a phone, the platform on a game, the author and ISBN on a book, the size and material on a jacket. It reads the barcode off the photo too, and checks it adds up before trusting it.

Those details go onto your eBay listing as item specifics, onto the item's public page, and into your shop, so people find your item when they filter. Only what is printed on the item, or certain from knowing exactly what it is, is filled in. Correct anything in a click, and it is never overwritten.

  • Genre, cast, director, language, subtitles, region and video format for films
  • Model, storage, screen size and compatibility for technology
  • Size, colour and barcode on every kind of item

Add what you bought in seconds

Type one line per item: the name, what you paid, and if you like a barcode, a date or where you bought it. Set the place and date once for a whole haul, and a line can still carry its own.

Funko POP! lines are split into series, character and number for you. Already keep a stock spreadsheet? Paste its rows and they come in with costs, CeX prices, sales, sources and dates. Totals and anything already imported are skipped.

  • One line per item, in any order after the price
  • Prices are looked up on eBay as the items are added
  • Paste rows from a spreadsheet instead of retyping them

Split a bundle's fees across its items

Bought several things in one go? Group them as a bundle and enter the platform fee, delivery fee, seller and date once. The fees are shared evenly across the items, with spare pennies going to the first ones, so each item's cost and margin are right on their own.

The bundle stays on record, so you can still see what each lot cost and what it's worth. Add or remove an item and the shares are worked out again.

  • Group from the Items page, or tick "these came as a bundle" in Quick add
  • Where and when it was bought go onto every item
  • Filter your items by bundle, or by none

See what it's worth before you price it

lottly searches live eBay listings by title or barcode, keeps the ones that look like your item, and works out the middle price, the usual range and a suggested asking price. Untick a wrong match, or search again with different words, and the figures follow.

CeX has no feed the app can read, so you type its selling, voucher and cash prices and open its search in one click. Margins use whichever you've filled in. eBay's figures are asking prices, which run a little above what things sell for.

    • Price suggestions on the item form, before you save
    • A barcode finds the exact edition
    • Job lots and odd prices are left out until you tick them

Find, sort and edit every item

Switch between a photo grid and a simple table. Click a name, price, CeX value or source to change it where it is, and the margin updates on the spot. Sort by any column, and filter by status, type, source, dates, price, margin, photos or listing state. Every view is a link you can save.

The eBay, Vinted and Facebook tabs show only the columns that matter to each: eBay's category and the specifics being sent, Vinted's brand, size and colour, Facebook's category and quantity.

    • Tick items to list or delete them in bulk
    • Quick filters for items with no cost, no price, or losing money
    • Active filters show as chips you can remove one by one

List on eBay, Vinted and Facebook Marketplace

Prepare an item once and put it on the big marketplaces. eBay is listed and kept up to date through its own API, with postage worked out from the parcel; Vinted and Facebook Marketplace are filled in for you by a Chrome extension in your own browser.

    • A different price on each marketplace for the same item
    • Edit an item and its live eBay listing follows
    • Compare and review what is live against what you hold
    • Reusable description snippets and offers from eBay buyers

    List it where people shop

On eBay, items are listed directly through eBay's official seller API: your photos, the item specifics read from them (and any the category requires), and your business policies. If something's missing, you're told before anything is uploaded, and trying again never makes a duplicate.

Vinted and Facebook Marketplace have no listing interface, so a lottly extension in your own browser, where you are already signed in, fills in their sell forms for you at a person's pace. You check it and post it, or let it post for you.

    • Snippets add your welcome and bundling notes to every description
    • One condition scale, mapped to each marketplace's wording
    • Tick items and list them on eBay at once; Vinted and Facebook fill in from each item

    Sell direct, without the fees

Every item with a photo and a price can go in your own lottly shop, at its own address. Buyers browse, make offers and check out with no account, and you keep what a marketplace would have taken.

    • Take cards through Stripe, with the money held until you ship, or take order requests and be paid your own way
    • Volume discounts and bundle deals buyers see in their basket
    • Offers you approve, change or decline
    • A public page for every item, to share anywhere
    • Each sale is recorded against the item

Your own shop, with a basket

Every account can open a shop at its own address. Anyone can browse what you have for sale, search it, filter it and put things in a basket, with no account of their own. Each item has a page showing all its details, ready to share.

Buyers can pay by card at checkout, and the money is held until you post the order, then paid out to you. They can also offer a price as they add something to their basket, and nothing is charged until you approve it. Without card payments, checkout sends you an order request and you say how to pay. The same item can stay on eBay while it is in your shop.

    • Card payments held until you ship, refunded in full if you cancel
    • Offers you approve, counter or decline before any money is taken
    • Bundles ("take any 2, 20% off") and volume discounts ("3 items 5%") you set yourself
    • Search, type filters and sorting for visitors, and baskets that never hold more than you have
    • You are emailed when an order arrives or is paid, and the buyer when you confirm it

    • Your own account. What you paid and what it is worth stay private. Only the items you share, or put in your shop, can be seen.
    • Costs that add up. Price paid, fees and postage, with where and when it was bought.
    • InPost labels Coming soon Send a sold eBay item with InPost from the item itself: the label is made from the buyer's address and eBay is told it has been sent.
    • Sales recorded. What it sold for, fees taken and postage paid, and your profit on it.
    • Structured items. TV shows, films and Funko POP! figures get titles and descriptions written from their details.
    • Quick duplicates. Save and add another, or duplicate an item, keeping what's usually the same.
    • Marketplace-ready details. eBay item specifics read from your photos as attributes you can correct, add to and reuse.
    • Item pages to share. A page for every item, with its photos, price, key facts and where to buy it.
    • Safe to retry. A failed listing says why, with eBay's own error number, and trying again never duplicates it.
    • Scout in the shop. Scan a barcode before you pay and see what it could make, and whether to buy.
